Dr. Roubini became popular to the public after his forecast on 2008 world financial crisis was proven to be correct. However, ever since then, he's been wrong; his overly pessimistic views on the future of world economy has granted him a rather notorious name for himself. His views seem to continue onto the year 2013, as the economist, according to Business Insider (http://www.businessinsider.com/roubini-perfect-2013-2012-11), argues that "2013 looks awful."
